Returns for Items Purchased on sensibleshoe.com

  • Sensible Shoe accepts returns on full-priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Footwear Returns:

  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.
  • Damaged or missing shoe boxes will result in refusal of your return.

Return Policy Details:

  • Returns must be received within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sensible Shoe reserves the right to refuse returns if merchandise is not in its original condition or is outside the thirty (30) day return period.
  • Returns on sale items are not accepted.

Shipping Your Return:

  • Use an insured, trackable carrier to ship your return or exchange, as Sensible Shoe is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Processing:
