All business and human interactions will certainly be different as we navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sensible Shoe has implemented best practice protocols to minimize risks to both our staff and our customers.
All customers, employees, vendors, and visitors are required to wear a mask at all times upon entering the building, this is a state mandate and service will be refused to anyone not wearing proper face covering.
We will be limiting the amount of people in the store to ensure the 6 feet rule of social distancing. This may mean a waiting period to enter the store during busy times. Because of this, we ask that you limit your time in the store to no more than 30 minutes.
This will allow us to take care of our customers in a fair and impartial manner.
Please adhere to the following guidelines at all times:
- Masks are required while in the store.
- Follow recommended social distancing guidelines.
- Please limit time spent in store to 30 minutes.
- Please adhere to all posted signs throughout the store.
- Please use hand sanitizer before and after your visit.
We would all love to resume business as normal, however, in this current environment we may not be able to offer our full traditional fitting services. We will still continue to offer our advice on fit but for health and safety concerns we will not be able to put shoes on your feet as we normally would. If you need assistance, please bring someone that you feel comfortable to make close physical contact with.
Due to our circumstances we are forced to lower our in store capacity we ask everyone to be mindful of their time spent in store and limit group sizes during this time. If you are asked to wait outside please maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet.
